The construction quality of the flats is good, there are no issues with leakage or seepage. Ventilation is good, sunlight comes in well. Water supply is sufficient. The society is clean. The residents are nice. Security is good, recently fingerprint security has been installed. read more

Things need improvement

The society doesn't have access to any local transport. Even reaching the main road is difficult. The roads outside the society are non-existent and have been severely damaged due to construction. There are no modern amenities in the society, just a small play area. read more

Auto-rickshaws are available, but the metro is under construction and will be just around 100 meters away when completed. The market is nearby, and there's no significant traffic issue. Malls and restaurants are within a 3 km radius, and we usually travel by car. The area is clean, with regular garbage cleaning, and a focus on hygiene. Water supply is constant, and there are no leakage or seepage issues in the flats, there is a kids' play area. The society has CCTV and guards. Residents are cooperative, and events are celebrated well. read more

The metro wasn't available for a while, but it's currently under construction. However, there is no gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool in the vicinity. read more
